Barrington Cosmetics – Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Barrington Cosmetics, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility  
✅ Accepted:  
- Unopened, unused products in original packaging.  
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (report within 7 days of delivery).  

❌ Not Accepted:  
- Opened or used products (unless defective).  
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase).

2. How to Return or Exchange 

Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@barringtoncosmetics.com within 30 days with:  
- Your order number.  
- Photos (if defective/damaged).  
- Whether you want a refund or exchange.  

Step 2: Ship Your Item 
- We’ll provide a return authorization and address.  
- Pack items securely in original packaging.  
- Customer pays return shipping (unless the return is our error).  

Step 3: Processing  
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.  
- Exchanges: Shipped once we process your return (subject to availability).

3. Refunds  
- Refund amount: Product cost only (excluding original shipping fees).  
- Refund method: Original payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

4. Exchanges
- Available for the same product in a different shade or a product of equal value.  
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference.

5. Damaged/Defective Items
- Email us within 7 days with photos.  
- We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement or refund.

6. Final Sale Items  
Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
