Refund Policy

At Barrington Cosmetics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.  

Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
- Unopened & Unused Products: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.  
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we will provide a replacement or refund.  
- Opened Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless the product is faulty.  
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back.

Ship Your Item: Once approved, send the product to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.  
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).  

Exchanges  
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.  

Final Sale Items
Certain promotional or clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
